Former Super Eagles coach, Adegboye Onigbinde is not happy with the dwindling fortune of Nigerian football in 2014.
The 2002 Japan/Korea FIFA World Cup coach says he is looking forward to better results and performances in the football sector in 2015.
“We are all witnesses of what has happened and like every Nigeria I can’t say I’m happy with our achievements. In other words, I believe we could have done well. I’m looking forward to a brighter future in our football, better performance and result because these are two different things,” said the CAF/FIFA Instructor.
Meanwhile, SS Lazio of Italy midfielder Eddy Ogenyi Onazi has reflected on his 2014 performance and reckons that he needs to step up his game in the New Year.
Onazi sustained an injury at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil but has reassured fans that he will strive to perform better both for club and country in 2015.
