African Mouthpiece is set to honour Nigerians that have excelled and impacted the country and the continent in the last year.
The award which began in 2008 will this year hold on 23 May at Etal Hall and Suite, Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Lagos. The award ceremony which will bring together professionals from different sectors will honour some Nigerians for their contributions to the growth of the country.
On this year’s honour’s roll are veteran actors and producers Tunde Kelani, Adebayo Salami and Jide Kosoko, who will all be honoured with Living Legend Award, while Taiwo Hassan Ogogo will bag the Most Outstanding Moral Actor of the Year Award. His colleague, Yinka Quadri will be bestowed with Outstanding Nollywood Role Model Award.
Bukky Wright, Fathia Balogun and Taiwo Dimeji Jojolola will all share the Woman of the Year Award and Dr B.A. Ademolu will get Pride of the Nation Award. For his contribution to mankind, Chief Kakawa Abiodun Jamiu will bag Philanthropist of the Year Award. Other awardees are popular comedians, media practitioners and many more.
