Lagos state have placed restriction on commercial motorcycles and tricycles but certainly not on bicycles; and particularly not a bicycle that serve its environs.

On Tuesday, 11 August, a palm wine seller around at Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja, Lagos made brisk business as buyers crowded him to have at least a bottle of his fine palm wine.
