Nigeria’s top sports betting company, Winners Golden Bet, has charged the Super Eagles not to be complacent but ensure they defeat Tanzania in Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match in Dar es Salaam.
Marketing Manager of the company, Mr Kayode Olowoyo, said in a press statement in Lagos that the Eagles must rekindle the Nigerian spirit during the ‘Battle of Dar es Salaam’, adding that all eyes are on Coach Sunday Oliseh to pass his first test since he took over the job of the senior national team.
“This is a test we at Winners Golden Bet believe Oliseh and the rest of Eagles’ technical crew have what it
takes to win. We are calling on the players to go for total victory when they confront the Tanzanians on Saturday,” Olowoyo said.
The betting company enjoined the lucky players that will make the starting line-up of Oliseh against Tanzania to see the match as an opportunity to tell the coaches and indeed the entire Nigerians that they deserve the shirts.
“Nigerians are behind you with our prayers and we’re looking forward to the three points at stake from this match, ” he said.
