A waste management company in Nigeria, Waste Matters Nigeria in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Environment is set to bring over 150 waste and allied companies to Nigeria for an African Waste Management Exhibition and Conference.

The exhibition and conference will take place at Landmark Center, Victoria Island, Lagos, western Nigeria from 21 to 23 October, 2015.

According to CEO of Waste Matters Nigeria Limited, Chief Ken Edike, “the aim of this exhibition and conferences is expected among other benefits to expose participants to identify their waste management challenges, as exhibitors and speakers will hand down handy proffered solutions that will address the various modern waste management methods, pointing out clearly the opportunities and gains of effective waste management.”

It also affords all participants the opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with various representatives as there are over 50 categories of the sector that are billed to be exhibited such as: Hazardous Waste Equipment & Services. Hydraulic Components, Landfill Equipment & Services, Loaders and Anaerobic Digestion.

Others include Balers, Collection & Transfer, Compactors, Compostable Plastics, Composting Equipment, Composting Systems & Technologies Shredders, Waste Services Companies, Waste-to-Energy Products & Services and other recycling, medical and refuse equipment.

This maiden edition of the African Waste Management Exhibition will be the largest of its kind.
