Gov. Ben Ayade of Cross River has enjoined Muslims in Nigeria to use the 2015 Eid-el-Kabir to partner with all governments across the country to move Nigeria to greater heights.

Ayade made the call in his Eid-el-Kabir message signed by his Special Assistant on Media and Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Christian Ita, on Wednesday in Calabar.

“While I congratulate all my Muslim brothers and sisters across the country on this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, made possible by the Almighty Allah, I want to appeal for your collective support to the government so that we can pull through current challenges.

“As devout faithful, let us harness our creative energies, our love for one another towards the development of the country by aligning with our President, Muhammadu Buhari, to help realise the dream of the founding fathers for a better Nigeria for all.
