The 3 Division of Nigerian Army is to hold a three-day range classification for students of Air Force Military School (AFMS) Jos.

This is contained in statement by the Deputy Director, Army Public Relations in the division, Lt. E.M. Ochienta in Jos.

The exercise, according to the statement, will hold at Military Shooting Range Miango, Bassa Local Government of Plateau between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.

“The exercise is intended to sharpen the skills of SS2 and SS3 AFMS students in areas of weapon handling and marksmanship skills,’’ it said.

The statement said that during the exercise, there would be mass movement of troops, equipment and students of the AFMS in and out of the shooting range.

It also called on the public and neighbouring communities to keep away from the range area to avoid any disaster.
