Leaseholder cries out over attempt to sell family property

A Leaseholder/Developer, Alhaji Rasheed Salau (SHEEDYCO) has cried out that there are attempts by a section of Ogbaro Family to sell a property at 47, Iga-Idungaran Street, Lagos Island.

Salau said he is warning intending buyers to be aware that he has a subsisting leasehold over the property.

He said this is to avoid any form of litigation if anyone falls into the trap with the intention to acquire, transfer or assign the said property.

Consequently, members of the public have been advised to steer clear of the said property at 47, Iga-Idungaran Street, Lagos Island, in their own interest and not to invest their hard-earned money in a property not for sale.
