Buhari arrives Ijebu Ode

President Muhammed Buhari arrived the city of Ijebu Ode Monday evening amid tight security on a state visit to Ogun State.
Presidential Buhari is in the state on a two-day visit to commission some projects in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the creation of the state.
The entire city was agog as residents, party stalwarts, various social and political groups gathered to welcome him.
As the Presidential chopper touched down at the Dipo Dina stadium, Ijebu Ode with three other choppers, he was moved into a waiting black limousine which conveyed him and the state Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun to Awujale’s palace.
At the time of filling this report, the President was at the palace of the Awujale where dignitaries from every part of the state had been waiting for him.
