Navy begins Batch 25 online application, as NDA exams hold

Interested indigenes of Lagos State desirous of a career in the Nigerian Navy now have the opportunity to actualize their dreams as online application forms for the Nigerian Navy Basic Training Batch 25 recruitment exercise has commenced since 5 March, 2016.

In a statement issued from the office of the Secretary to the State Government, Mr Tunji Bello on Thursday, the online application would end on 2 April, while aptitude test for qualified candidates holds on 9 April, 2016.

The statement advises prospective candidates who are indigenes to register online free of charge within the designated period while ensuring strict compliance with the instructions contained therein and can also log on to the website www.joinnigeriannavy.com for additional details on the exercise.

Meanwhile, the Entrance Examination for the 68th Regular Course of the Nigerian Defence Academy holds on Saturday, 23 April 2016 at the Command Children’s School/Command Day Secondary School, Ikeja and Navy Secondary School, Ojo Town, Lagos.

“Only candidates that are indigenes of the State who have scored the minimum cut off mark from the JAMB UTME examination should return to the NDA applications portal and log-in with their e-mail address and password to download the examination admission card to gain access to the examination venue”, the statement adds.

The candidates are expected to reach the examination venue by 7.30am while the screening will take place between 7:45 am and 8:45 am just as the examination proper commences at 9:00am. They are also enjoined to come along with the Acknowledgement form (downloaded from the internet), JAMB result slip, examination admission card, two postcard size (3.5 x5 inches) photographs with the candidate’s name, state of origin, course chosen and name of exam centre written at the back.
