The Special Panel of the Appeal Court in Abuja this afternoon ruled that Justice Okon Abang of the Abuja High Court was wrong to have ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to replace Mr Eyitayo Jegede’s name with that of Jimoh Ibrahim as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State.
Justice Saulawa is still delivering his ruling.
