Army Special Forces Brigade Makurdi seek ties with NAN


The 707 Special Forces Brigade Makurdi is seeking for cooperation between it and the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) for improved service delivery in the state.

Its spokesman, Maj. Olabisi Ayeni, stated this during a visit to the agency on Monday in Makurdi.

Ayeni said the patnership would boost the activities of the brigade in the state and noted that the agency could help in actualizing its mandate in the state.

” The contribution of your agency is critical to our success in this state, which at the moment, is going through some challenges.”

He described NAN as the “anchor of the media” in the country and pledged to work with its media crew in the state.

Responding, the State Correspondent, NAN Makurdi, Mr Philip Dzeremo, commended Ayeni for the visit and assured that the doors of the agency will always open to the brigade.
