The three-man Presidential Investigative Committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari to inquire into the discovery of foreign and local currencies by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at Osbourne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria will submit its report on Monday.

The committee, headed by Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has completed its assignement and would formally submit the report on Monday, said Laolu Akande,
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media & Publicity, Office of the Vice President in a statement.

The committee also investigated allegations of due process violations in the award of contracts under the Presidential Initiative on the North East (PINE).

The statement said the committee completed its assignment on Wednesday and is scheduled to present its reports to the President on Monday.
