Mgba told newsmen in Port Harcourt on Wednesday that he would ensure that Tai remained peaceful and attractive for businesses to thrive.
He also emphasised that the welfare of the people would remain one of his administration’s priorities.

The council boss also urged members of his team to demonstrate commitment in the discharge of their duties to ensure the realisation of set goals.
According to him, all efforts will be geared toward the realisation of the goals and vision of the current administration in the state.
“We will have ourselves to blame if our people do not feel the touch of government while we are in charge; so we must be committed,’’ he said.
Gov. Nyesom Wike recently sacked four council executives, including that of Tai.
