Lotto Company Rewards 6,000 Nigerian Online Gamers

A gaming and entertainment company, Western Lotto Nig. Ltd, on Thursday said it had rewarded 6,000 winners of its online games since the games were launched in July.

The Managing Director of Western Lotto, Mr Yomi Ogunfowora, said in a statement in Lagos that the rewards ranged from N500 to a jackpot of N15 million.

Ogunfowora said that the second draw to pick winners in the Mega Upgrade Promo (MUP) would be held on Oct. 5.

He said that the number of winners on the platform had continued to increase.

”We keep having a huge number of winners daily. Personally, I am glad that someone has won a jackpot of N15 million and that is what Western Lotto is all about – to change lives for good.

”We expect more and more winners on our platform because we maintain our promise of empowering Nigerians economically, and our word is our bond,” he said.

He noted that 27-year-old entrepreneur, Dorcas Nwagbara, from Obingwa LGA of Abia, won the N15 million jackpot with N100 in the Powerball game on Sept. 13.

Ogunfowora said that Mr Qadim Soyombo, an Ibadan-based undergraduate of the Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijebu Ode, Ogun , won N500,000 in the EuroJackpot draw held on Aug. 25, 2017, after playing with N100.

According to him, Western Lotto paid N50,000 each of no fewer than 414 people who qualified for the Sept. 5 draw.

”We expect more winners at the end of the Oct. 5 draw. We have various prizes ranging from N50,000, N100,000, N500,000, N1 million and two brand new cars,” he said.

Western Lotto offers games including Powerball, UK Lotto, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, EuroJackpot, Kashman games and the fast-paced Lotto Race.
