Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has cancelled the three-day ill-fated retreat where his Special Adviser, Commerce and Industry, Deji Tinubu died.

Tinubu died on the first full day of the retreat held at the Jubilee Chalets, Epe area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria while playing five-a-side football with colleagues. He slumped and died before medical experts could revive him.
