The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday nullified the suspension of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege by the Senate for 90 legislative days.
The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday nullified the suspension of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege by the Senate for 90 legislative days.
According to the ruling judge, Nnamdi Dimgba, the Senate was only empowered to suspend an earring member for 14 days and one legislative day.
Dimgba, therefore, ordered the immediate reinstatement of Omo-Agege and that his salaries and other entitlements should be paid.
