The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has emerged victorious in Governor Ayodele Fayose’s Polling Unit 001, Afao in Irepodun-Ifelodun Local Government Area.
At the end of the exercise, the PDP polled 304 votes while APC had 106.
In two other polling units, the APC emerged clear winner. In Ward A, Unit 001, Iloro, Ekiti, APC polled 102 while PDP got 35 votes.
In Ward A, unit OO2, APC got 107 votes while PDP scored 51 votes.
