The candidate of the Social Democratic Party, Mr. Akin Ayegbusi, lost at his polling unit, Usin Ward 2 unit 2 in Ikole Local Government.
The All Progressives Congress, APC won the polling unit, scoring 104, while PDP emerged second with 72 votes, as Ayegbusi got only nine votes.
Also, APC won in former Governor, Segun Oni’s, polling unit – Ifaki Ward 2, unit 006 in Ido/Osi LG, polling 129 votes as against 103 votes gotten by PDP.
APC deputy governorship candidate, Bisi Egbeyemi, won his polling unit with 177 votes to PDP’s 130 votes.
The PDP won at Unit 005, Ward 006 in Emure, scoring 168 to APC’s 56.
