The Kebbi Government has reiterated its commitment to provide instructional materials to all public schools in the state.
Gov. Abubakar Bagudu made the commitment when he visited Government Day Secondary School (GDSS), Dangoma in Kalgo Local Government Area of the state on Wednesday.
According to him, education infrastructure are crucial to qualitative leaning in any school environment.
He said that high quality infrastructure facilities and instructional materials facilitate improvement in students academic output.
”This government is committed to the provision of instructional materials to all public schools in the state,” he said, and commended teachers and students for the improvement recorded in academic performance in public schools.
He gave assurance that additional classrooms and furniture would be provided to the school as well as other requirements.
The governor, who took the students lesson in Mathematics and English, posed various questions to them, and stressed the need for them to improve on English grammar.
