A medical doctor, Chibuike Joseph Chukwudum has saved a premature baby using an improved incubator he created himself.

The heroic action was reported on twitter by Dr Nonso @aproko_doctor and has continued to receive commendations from Nigerians.

Dr. Chukwudum created the improved incubator after he discovered there was no available incubator in the hospital he works. The improved incubator was created with a carton, hot water bottles and a source of light to generate heat for the child.
