To be or not to be is the crucial decision confronting members of the National Judicial Council (NJC) tomorrow as the body holds an emergency meeting to decide the fate of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Walter Onnoghen.

The emergency meeting holds at 10am in Abuja and neither Onnoghen, whose suspension has become a subject of controversy, nor Ibrahim Muhammad, the acting CJN, will be allowed to preside over the meeting.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday suspended Onnoghen citing an order of Code of Conduct Tribunal of January 23rd.
