Maku, a former Minister of Information, made the promise at the maiden edition of the Nasarawa governorship debates, organised by Nasarawa Coalition of Business and Professional Associations (NACOBPA) on Tuesday in Lafia.

According to him, strong gender policies that will benefit women will be established and women will be given 40 per cent participation in the government if he is elected.
