Some voters in Barnawa, Kakuri and part of Television in Kaduna South polling units have lamented the late arrival of election materials.

There was significant turnout of voters in spite of the delay in the arrival of election materials.

Mr Mike Isaac said that he arrived at the polling unit early but had yet to see any INEC official.

Isaac said that voters were being frustrated and might be discouraged from voting.

“Although INEC ad hoc staff have not arrived at the polling units with election materials but we are still waiting, ” he said.
