Osun Committee asks Oyetola to reverse single school uniform policy

A 13-man committee set up by the Osun State Government to review some policies in the State’s Education sector on Monday asked the Governor of the State, Gboyega Oyetola to reverse single school uniform policy.

This is contained in a report submitted to the Governor by the committee.

Aside recommending for reversal of the single school uniform regime, the committee also asked the State government to return to the 6-3-3-4 education system in line with the National Education Policy.

The committee Chairman, Professor Oluremi Aina presented the recommendations to Governor Oyetola.

The Governor commended the effort of the Committee and promised that the government would act on the report without delay.
