Google Inc celebrated 2020 International Women’s Day with an interactive doodle dedicated to womenfolk.
The International Women’s Day is usually celebrated on March 8 every year to help eliminate discrimination between sex and gender.
The theme for 2020 International Women’s Day is; ”I am Generation Equality: Realizing Women’s Rights”. The theme is aligned with UN Women’s new multigenerational campaign, Generation Equality.
Google’s interactive doodle was Illustrated by New York and London-based artists Julie Wilkinson and Joyanne Horscroft and animated by Zurich-based visitor animators Marion Willam & Daphne Abderhalden. The doodle is a multilayered 3D paper mandala animation.
