Coronavirus: Atiku recommends 4 ways to end pandemic

Atiku Abubakar on Sunday said coronavirus can be defeated in four ways.

According to the former Vice President of Nigeria, the four ways include the following:

Being open about coronavirus status, Sensitization, Isolation, and Testing.

Atiku said: “We can beat this pandemic by being open about it, educating our people, isolation, and testing. It is not a death sentence, we will all be fine.”

He also called on Nigerians to emulate the examples of Governors, Bala Mohammed, and El-Rufai, who revealed their coronavirus status.

He made the recommendation via his verified Twitter account on Sunday.

Atiku said: “I wish to recommend the examples of Governors Sen Bala Mohammed, Elrufai and CG @nigimmigration, Babandede MFR for their disclosure.

Atiku, however, advised all citizens to wash hands, keep social distancing as recommended by relevant authorities to guide against the spread of the virus.

“Be safe; wash your hands, keep social distance and avoid large gatherings,” Atiku Abubakar wrote.
