Lagos State is in dire need of help as the deadly Coronavirus pandemic continues to surge, infecting 76 more people on Monday.

This brings to 1,183 total confirmed Coronavirus cases in the State.

On Monday, the State began gradual easing of lockdown occasioned by the pandemic, with huge crowd rushing out for businesses, without embracing social distancing.

The banks were overfilled, the bus stops with huge crowd and buses carrying their normal passengers.

In the coming days, Lagos may witness a serious spike with the relaxation of the lockdown.

So far, Lagos has discharged 261 patients who survived the virus and recorded 30 deaths.

There are now 899 active cases for the State to manage.
