Trump claims Russian president, Putin likes him

U.S President Donald Trump has suggested during an interview that Russian President Vladimir Putin is fond of him.

Whilst speaking on a news programme ”Full Measure”, Trump said; “He likes me, but I think he doesn’t want me to win the election”.

He also suggested that China is also on the list of actors who want to see him lose his re-election bid.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Trump has taken an aggressive stance towards China, accusing its government of coving up information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Trump also initiated a trade war with the Asian country in 2018, a matter that has not yet been resolved but is now on the verge of escalating further.
