Joe Biden wins Virginia, like Hillary Clinton

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has won Virginia while incumbent Donald Trump retained West Virginia.

Hillary Clinton, who ran against Trump in 2016, also won Virginia.

It means the state is not ready to turn red yet.

The win in the blue state was announced on Tuesday, giving Biden 13 electoral college votes.

West Virginia, which Trump won has five votes.

Biden has also won Vermont and is projected to win New Hampshire.
