Governor Seyi Makinde will swear in all newly elected Local Government Chairmen on Monday, May 24, 2021, in Ibadan, Oyo state.
In a press release signed by the Oyo State PDP Secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, the ceremony is expected to commence at 10 am.
The statement read: “I want to on behalf of the Leadership of the Party say a very big congratulations to you all. This election is a clear testament that our party is loved and our major responsibility is to maintain and sustain the love of the people”.
“I pray that Almighty God will give us all the wisdom, strength, and capacity to do well for our people and lead them appropriately.
”PDP in Oyo State is proud of you and once again, we say congratulations to you all. This is to also inform you all that your swearing-in is at the House of Chiefs, Ibadan.”
