COVID-19 latest: 14 dead, 626 new cases in Nigeria

Nigeria recorded 626 new cases of COVID-19 with 14 fatalities on Tuesday, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
On Monday, the agency had announced 460 infections.
The COVID-19 death toll has now increased to 2,469 while confirmed cases hit 192,431.
Active cases also rose from 10,858 reported on Monday, to 11,203 on Tuesday.
According to the NCDC, nine states and the FCT reported the new cases.
Lagos State recorded 334 cases, followed by Rivers with 134.
