Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu honoured with ‘Governor of the Year Award’ at the 2020 Leadership Group Annual Conference and Awards, organized by Leadership Newspapers, held at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja, on Thursday, September 9, 2021.

The Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, September 9, 2021, received the Leadership’s prize for Governor of the Year at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja.

He received the award for successfully managing and turning around what could have been a tragic episode for the nation, following the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country last year.
