Covid-19: Orji Kalu goes into isolation

Senator Ori Uzor Kalu has gone into isolation after spending weeks in the United States of America.

The ex-governor, representing Abia North in the Senate, confirmed the development himself on Tuesday.

Orji Kalu also confirmed that he will not be attending plenaries until he fulfills the mandatory NCDC quarantine guidelines.

He said:

“After spending weeks in the United States, I am glad to be back home to resume my legislative duties. However, I will not be attending plenaries until I fulfill the mandatory NCDC quarantine guidelines for returnees to Nigeria.
I thank you all for your support!”
