An American teenager in Texas, William Quince Colburn III has committed suicide after killing his parents, younger sister and two family dogs.
The 15 year-old killed his dad William Jr., 63, mom Jana, who was celebrating her 53rd birthday.
He also killed his 13-year-old sister Emma.
Then he killed himself and the dogs with his gun, just before the arrival of the cops.
The bizarre dimension to the story was that Colburn shared the gruesome pictures of his slain family members on social media, before committing suicide.
Cops had rushed to the family’s home at the Aransas Oaks Recreational Vehicle Resort on S. Commercial Drive in Ingleside, Texas, at around 11pm on Wednesday night.
“The officers heard a single gunshot and the thud of a person falling to the ground,” the Texas Aransas Pass Police Department said.
The case was still boggling local authorities.
San Patricio County Sheriff Oscar Rivera shared how stumped he and fellow authorities are.
“Our investigation continues on this sad tragedy,” he wrote after releasing the names of the four who were slaughtered in the Recreational Vehicle.
“And of course we have so many unanswered questions we are trying to find answers,”, he added.
