Britain’s leading TV network ITV has been reported down across the UK with viewers reporting problems accessing the channels.
The network went down around 15:20 BST, according to Down Detector, which saw complaints rising from zero to about 1,300 in one hour.
It said 88 percent of the complaints centred on live channels, 11 percent on website and 1 percent on live stream.
So far ITV has not spoken on the reason for the outage, as viewers bombard the social media and Down Detector with complaints.
“Itv keeps freezing in dh7 area. lost signal for 10 minutes this afternoon”, wrote Lynne Vickers on Down Detector feedback.
“No itv3 / very poor signal from Bluebell Hill transmitter (Chatham, Kent ME5)”, complained Jay.
No ITV in Teddington Middlesex, Tina said, while E McElroy also reported
ITV pixilating.
“Can’t watch”, he wrote.
