Police have nabbed a 21-year-old suspect, Promise Gabriel, for stabbing his 40-year-old cousin, Kopapa Neete to death in Duburo community, Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The suspect, Gabriel, who fled home following the incident, was apprehended through the assistance of some of operatives of the Rivers State Neighbourhood Safety Corps Agency.
The Chairman of the Community Development Committee, CDC, of Duburo community, Vincent Gborsi , confirmed the incident.
He said the suspect stabbed his cousin to death on Sunday during an argument over roofing sheets.
As at the time of filing this report, the Police in Rivers State were yet to comment on the incident.
