Burna Boy accused of extortion by Texas show promoter

Nigerian singer Burna Boy and his manager Bose Ogulu have been accused of extortion by Gold Moola Entertainment, GME.

The founder of the company, in a statement issued today, alleged that Burna Boy was billed to perform at a nightclub in Houston, Texas but failed to perform after being fully paid.

According to GME, Burna Boy’s manager demanded another $10,000 after he was paid the amount agreed.

The owner of the GME further alleged that Burna Boy “robbed him of $50,000” and failed to refund.

However, the management of the Grammy-Award winner is yet to respond to the allegation by GME.
