The Peoples Democratic Party has commiserated with the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel, on the death of his cousin, Air Vice Marshal Mfon U. Ekpoh.
This was made known in a statement released on Thursday by Kola Ologbondiyan, the National Publicity Secretary of the party.
The statement reads:
“The PDP grieves with you (Udom) at this moment and pray for the peaceful repose of the faithful departed.
May his soul rest in peace. Amen.”
Mfon U. Ekpoh died on Tuesday but the cause of the death was not revealed.
Ekpoh was the Managing Director of Nigeria Airforce Properties Ltd.
He was a 1983 Alumnus of Federal Government College Kano and celebrated his birthday on 29th October 2021.
