Adele’s 30 becomes fastest-selling album in US, UK

British singer and songwriter, Adele Laurie-Blue Adkins’s latest album “30” is now the fastest-selling of 2021 in both the US and the UK.

According to MRC data reported by Billboard and Variety, Adele’s fourth studio album which was released on November 19, also became the most successful album of the year in the US just three days after its release.

Selling more than 660,000 equivalent album units — which includes audio and video streaming and individual track sales — “30” has already triumphed over the other major releases of 2021, reports said.
