Former Interim chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Bisi Akande on Thursday said he would not sympathize with President Muhammadu Buhari over incessant criticism of his administration because he applied for the job.
Akande spoke at the unveiling of his autobiography, “My Participations.”
The former Governor of Osun State, on the lighter side said he and others love Buhari because they wanted Nigeria to be united, peaceful and prosperous.
He said Nigerians accused Buhari because he is their leader even when they knew they were cheats, dishonest, unfaithful and fraudulent.
“But we blame you for everything, I don’t sympathize with you, you applied for the job,” he said.
He thanked the president for doing a good job and for honouring his invitation.
