President Muhammadu Buhari has broken his silence on the death of a 12-year-old boarding student of Dowen College, Sylvester Oromoni.

In a statement issued by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, the President assured that no one involved in the Oromoni killing will be spared.

He condemned the killing of Sylvester, who he described as “one of our bright youngsters doing excellently in school, bringing joy to the family”.

According to the President, Sylvester’s death must act as a trigger leading to a permanent solution to this recurring problem, if the incident is truly arising from bullying or cultism.
