Arsenal have thrashed Southampton 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium to boost their chance of Champions League football next season.
The Gunners went ahead on 21 minutes from Alexandre Lacazette’s goal.
Bukayo Saka fed the ball through to Alexandre Lacazette, who picked up the pass inside the box and quickly sent it into the top right corner, with the goalkeeper helpless.
Arsenal double their lead six minutes later as Martin Odegaard found some space inside the box and scored with a terrific header into the top left corner, giving the goalkeeper no chance.
The Gunners made it 3-0 on 62 minutes in an audacious performance.
A corner was whipped in and Gabriel was in the right place at the right time, planting his header into the middle of the goal.
