The Police have arrested a 27-year-old man, Abubakar Zailani-Ibrahim who allegedly specialised in extorting tricycles operators while posing as a military officer in Kano.

The Command’s Public Relations Officer, DSP Abdullahi Haruna-Kiyawa, confirmed this in a statement issued to newsmen on Tuesday in Kano.
