Iringe-Koko takes over as spokesperson of Rivers Police Command

DSP Grace Woyengikuro Iringe-Koko has taken over as the Public Relations Officer, PRO for the Rivers Police Command.

Iringe-Koko takes over from SP Nnamdi Omoni, who has been redeployed as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Elimgbu Division, Port Harcourt.

The appointment of the new spokesperson was announced in a press statement signed by her predecessor on Wednesday.

Iringe-Koko who hails from Okolobiri Town in Yenegoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State was the Deputy Public Relations Officer of Rivers State Police Command before her new appointment.

She was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force as a Recruit Constable in 2000 and later elevated to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police in 2011.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and MSC in Mass Communication.

She has promised to build on the legacies of the outgoing PPRO, while soliciting for the cooperation of the public to succeed in her new appointment.

Meanwhile, SP Omoni has expressed his appreciation to the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman, for his appointment as the new Divisional Police Officer for Elimgbu Division and for giving him the opportunity to serve and realize his full potentials.

Omoni said “I promise to justify the confidence reposed in me and at all-time be willing to serve in any capacity.
