Lagos records one COVID-19 death, Rivers tops daily case chart,

The surprise of the daily COVID-19 case chart was Rivers, as it toppled Lagos with more cases.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control(NCDC) said 1,139 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Thursday 30 December, down from the 1,355 on Wednesday.
One death was recorded in Lagos, increasing the death toll to 761, from 760.
Nigeria’s death toll also crept to 3,033.

Three states with zero cases reported were Osun, Plateau and Sokoto
