Alex Iwobi: quits Super Eagles camp

Super Eagles star, Alex Iwobi has warned his teammates not to be complacent when they clash with Sudan on Saturday evening.

According to him, Nigeria will give the same desire they showed in their game against Egypt when they face Sudan at the ongoing 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, tie today.

Nigeria head to the game after beating Egypt 1-0, while Sudan drew with Guinea-Bissau.

Iwobi while speaking to NFF TV, said: “Personally, I am always ready no matter what game it is. Obviously, it is a big competition and we have already made our mark in the first game, but we can’t be complacent.

“We are going to give the same desire that we showed in the first game and hopefully get the result we need.
