Ronald Fenty, father of megastar Robyn Rihanna Fenty said he was overjoyed when he heard from his daughter she was pregnant.
“I’m ecstatic,” Fenty, told New York Post Page Six from his home in Barbados on Monday.
“I’m so happy that I jumped for joy. I’m still so excited.
“I just got the news from her last night, and she sent me some photos,” he said. 
“I’m just over the moon. She’s beautiful inside and out.”
“Rihanna always said that she wanted children, she loves kids. She always takes care of her cousins’ kids…she’s going to be a good mom.”
Rihanna, along with boyfriend A$AP Rocky showed off her baby bump at the weekend, when the couple went on a stroll in Harlem New York City.
The pregnancy news went viral.
Her dad told New York Post that he met Rocky after his daughter brought him home to the Caribbean island in December 2020, calling him “a very cool guy” and adding: “I like him.”
Rihanna had a rocky relationship with her dad in the past, leading to a lawsuit, which was settled out of court.
Father Fenty had since reconciled with his famous daughter, who will soon make him a grandpa.
