Nigerian singer, Abolore Adegbola Akande popularly known as 9ice and his wife, Olasunkanmi, have welcomed a new baby into the family.
9ice took to his Instagram page to announce the arrival of a new addition to the family on Friday.
He simply wrote: “My baby just delivered a baby,”
The singer expressed his undying love for his wife, saying that youth and beauty would fade, but promised to love his wife till the end.
9ice wrote: “Just know that my love for you will last forever. Youth and beauty will fade, but my promise will stand because I cannot find any other who could fill in the spot you created in my heart, in my life. I love you faithfully and endlessly.”
9ice, 42, is a Nigerian musician, songwriter and dancer. He is known for his powerful use of the Yoruba language in his music as well as his proverbial lyrics and unique style of delivery.
In 1996, 9ice recorded his first demo titled Risi de Alagbaja, but it was not until 2000 that he released his first official solo song Little Money.
