Legendary Nollywood actor, Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofia has clocked the age of 64.
Owoh took to his Instagram Story to wish himself a happy birthday, saying “Happy birthday to me.”

1. Owoh was born on February 7, 1958 at Amagu Village, Udi Town, Enugu State, Nigeria.
2. He studied engineering at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
3. The actor began acting in various television and film productions during his studies at the university.
4. Owoh featured in the 2003 blockburster film Osuofia in London, which brought him to the limelight.
5. In 2007, he was arrested in Amsterdam, Netherlands as the result of a seven-month investigation by the Dutch police dubbed “Operation Apollo”.
6. In November 2009, Owoh was kidnapped in eastern Nigeria, with the kidnappers demanding N15m ransom but was later released after paying N1.4m.
7. He is also known for performing the song “I Go Chop Your Dollar” about advance fee fraud.
